Configuring your computer to process in ROCK Desktop with a new dongle (USB) license

If you are processing your LiDAR data in ROCK Desktop using the new dongle (USB) license, you may need to update your computer so the dongle is recognized.

To process your LiDAR data in ROCK Desktop using the new dongle (USB) license.  Simply plug the dongle into your computer and make sure you see the green light at the end of the dongle illuminated.  Please note that if the green light on the dongle is not visible, then the license driver on your computer may need to be updated.  That should do it!

If you would like , within ROCK Desktop, click on "File" and select "Preferences".  Navigate to the "USER" page, and click on "REFRESH LICENSES", where you should now see your dongle license as active.
