You can manage your ROCK Cloud Subscription directly from your ROCK Cloud Profile
How do I subscribe from my demo plan or upgrade my current subscription?
- Log in to your ROCK Cloud account and click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click "View Profile"
- In the Subscription box click "Manage"
- Follow the workflow to update your subscription type, payment method, billing information or see your invoice history
How do I cancel my ROCK Cloud Subscription?
Please consider reaching out to ROCK Support if there is a specific reason you are cancelling that we may be able to help with. For example, if we are missing a feature you desire. We are happy to consider how we might be able to assist you!
