How To Manage Your ROCK Cloud Subscription

You can manage your ROCK Cloud Subscription directly from your ROCK Cloud Profile

How do I subscribe from my demo plan or upgrade my current subscription?

  1. Log in to your ROCK Cloud account and click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. 
  2. Click "View Profile"
  3. In the Subscription box click "Manage"
  4. Follow the workflow to update your subscription type, payment method, billing information or see your invoice history

 

How do I cancel my ROCK Cloud Subscription?
