      Step-by-Step Guide to Purchasing a ROCK RTK Network Subscription

      Step-by-Step Instructions to Purchase Your ROCK RTK Network Subscription:

      1. Create a Rock Cloud Account

        • First, head over to cloud.rockrobotic.com and create an account. Whether you choose a free trial or a paid account, both will allow you to purchase an RTK subscription.

      2. Login to Your Account

        • After your account is set up, log into Rock Cloud by visiting the login page. Use your credentials to access the dashboard.

      3. Navigate to Your Profile

        • Once logged in, click on your avatar located in the upper-right corner of the page.
        • From the drop-down menu, select View Profile.

      4. Go to Registered Products

        • In your profile, scroll down on the left-hand side menu until you find the Registered Products section.
        • Here, you will see the option to Add Network Subscription.

      5. Choose Your Subscription Plan

        • After clicking on Add Network Subscription, a pop-up window will appear offering two subscription options:
          • Monthly Subscription
          • Yearly Subscription
        • Select the plan that suits your needs and proceed to the next step.

      6. Complete Your Payment

        • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment. You can choose your preferred payment method (credit card or other available options). Once your payment is processed, your subscription will be activated.

      7. Access Your RTK Network Subscription

        • After your purchase is complete, return to the Registered Products section in your profile.
        • You will now see the ROCK RTK Network listed as an active product.
        • This section will also display your username and password, which you will need to log into the RTK network on your RTK device when you're out in the field.
