How-to Get Your ROCK Desktop Logs to ROCK Support

Finding and sending logs to the ROCK Robotic Support Team for troubleshooting is quick and easy.

  1. Open ROCK Desktop
  2. Click "Help" and then select "View Logs".

  3. A File Explorer page will pop up showing ROCK Desktop logs (.txt file) from the days that you have used ROCK Desktop.

  4. Copy the .txt file from the day where you experienced your ROCK Desktop error, and email it to the ROCK Support Team (support@rockrobotic.com).  Please include a description or screen shots of any error message you received.  Also if a check to see if a processing report was generated, and if so, include that report (.html file) in the email. 
  5. A member of the ROCK Support Team will follow up with you at their earliest opportunity.
