How-to Get Your ROCK Desktop Logs to ROCK Support

Finding and sending logs to the ROCK Robotic Support Team for troubleshooting is quick and easy.

  1. Open ROCK Desktop
  2. Click "Help" and then select "Contact Support".

  3. Complete the "Create Support Request" by describing your issue in detail and then hitting the "Submit" button. An email and any relevant information such as your logs will then be sent to the ROCK Support Team, and they will reach out by email to assist you at their earliest opportunity.
