      Sending in Your ROCK Desktop Data for ROCK Support

      Here's how to get your data to us if the ROCK Support Team requests it to assist you.

       

      Here's a tip to save time: Send us everything! 

      Step 1: Zip the entire dataset into ONE zip folder including:

      • Raw LiDAR data as it comes off the USB
      • RINEX data, into ONE zip folder
      • Logs

      Step 2: Upload this data to a ROCK Cloud project under the Project Data section.

      Step 3: Send in the project URL to ROCK Support and detail your issue.
