      Using your ROCK Cloud Project, you can request a quote for ROCK Pro Services Deliverables.

      You might have noticed a few changes on the ROCK Cloud. Mostly, you now have to request a quote to access ROCK processing services. Let us explain why we made this change and show you how to request a quote moving forward.

      Why the Change?

      Previously, we used a token system for our pro services, but some customers found it confusing. Instead of tokens, we now use acres as a unit of measurement, which is more universally understood in our industry. Additionally, this change allows us to get to know you better, ensuring we deliver exactly what you need.

      How to Request a Quote

      Here’s a step-by-step guide to requesting a quote from our ROCK Pro Services team:

      KML Quote Request

      1. Create a New Project:

      2. Upload Your KML/KMZ File:

      3. Request a Quote:

        • Click the "Process" button to see all available quotes.
        • Select the services you need (e.g., ROCK Surveyor) and click "Get a Quote".
        • Your project details will be sent to your representative.

      LiDAR Data Quote Request

      1. Upload Your LiDAR Data:

      2. Request a Quote:

        • Click the desired service (e.g., ROCK Surveyor) and select "Get a Quote".
        • Your data and project information will be sent to us for evaluation.

      Additional Customizations

      For more advanced requests like planimetrics:

      1. Select Specific Areas:

        • Draw the specific area you need processed, which can reduce costs.

      2. Enhanced Processing:

        • Mark the areas for enhanced processing and save your settings.

      Feedback and Bulk Rates

      If you prefer not to go through the quoting process every time, let us know. We can offer fixed rates based on the average time and labor required for your projects, allowing you to purchase a bulk amount of acres.
